in the same, I would like to know those (just about everyone) that think he is guilty, why do you think so? Based on the facts from THIS case that he is being judged on. Not his past case.

I do not know if it came up this time, but there is something strange about his peter that the victim from the early ninteys told the police about. When he had to come in and have it photographed the anomaly was there. The prosecuters had a stong case and then could not get the victim to tesify because of the payoff. Seems like paying off a victim should be thought of as witness tampering, but I guess the rich have a diferent form of Justice than the rest of us.

If you think he is inocent great. He would be happy to have your kids over for a slumber party and I am sure nothing improper will happen.

like I said before, he prolly IS a molestor but from what I know (haven't paid attention to it really at all) I can't say he is or isn't IN THIS CASE (thats why I asked the question, those who think he is guilty, why do you think so?)...I'm also not saying its ok to be able to pay-off someone. You sure do have a way of reading into things... :ugh:

Standing by for the verdict.....

what blows me away is that nearly 90% of us believe that he is guilty, and 70% of us think that even though he is guilty he will get out of going to jail. Seems like a screwed up system.
