HUH? How did you get this from that? I'm not for felons having guns
Is eye rolling as rude online as it is in real life? Most likely not.
I guess I was saying that restricting gun ownership for felons doesn't affect gun rights, as giving tickets for irresponsible OHV use doesn't erode access rights. Maybe apples and tomatoes, but maybe similar.
I'm also against any law (ANY LAW) that blanket restricts land access to off roaders, because it's very hard to open land once it's closed.
I don't think stiff penalties for damage or off-trail driving closes any access. It's unreasonable to think that we can drive anywhere we please (although it was reasonable to think that 20 or even 15 years ago). Today, there are too many users to allow free cross country travel. But I still think we need higher fines. Just like I don't care if the govt eavesdrops on calls. I'm not talking to Al Qaeda. I don't care.
STeve b4 you go on to say we all should all sing happy campfire songs together...
I almost never suggest this...except that one night when the light was just right and we were all in a special mood.
Guess why i don't live there anymore.
I understand. That's why I live in Utah. It's the only reason I live in Utah actually. Well, that and 'cause I like to kick it with my homies Utah style.
Let's hope Utah never becomes like Oregon or Texas. In regards to OHV recreation anyway. Utah would do well to become more like Texas in many other ways.
