Update,
The wheels I bought sucked. They were too small so I took them back and made sure I got some with bearings in them. The rear steer also sucked. Too had to control with all the weight that was on the cart. I also out boarded the wheels for better stability.
This turned out to be a sweet cart, it is tall (like me
) so I don't have to bend to far over.
