look what i can do!!
I just purchased a miller 180. im using mixed gas. what do you guys like to set your regulators at?

when all else fails...READ INSTRUCTIONS!!! :rofl: if you look under the door on the welder i should tell you depending on what your doing! at least mine does!

20 - 25 CFM.
Too much = too much spatter; too little = weld contamination, porous welds. Just find your sweet spot. :)

on a side note i use 50/50 and i believe mine is at 25 too ;)

The purpose of the gas is to keep porosity out of the weld. Higher settings don't hurt anything, but you will fill your bottle much more often.
