Welding

I need help. I live in Layton. I am swapping my axle and I need to get my brakets welded on. I have a Lincon 220 wire feed welder, the problem is that it is brand new. Lets just say I need alot of practice. I have all the bracket tacked on so it should not take to long. Does anyone live close that would be willing to help. Please Gerad 807-8790

Hey buddy get yourself some steel plate and practice. Next time round you'll be welding for some other guy. Those wire feeds are simple. I'm sure someone will help ya. I'm not a pro but I feel that my welds are strong if not the prettiest at times.

There should be a chart on the inside of the side flap of settings for your setup and the metal thickness you are using. Set it to that and.. well... weld.
