I have a millermatic 135, I use C25 now but will prolly run CO2 next time I need to fill up.
I would not trust the 110V on 1/4". it is fine for .120 wall tube though, I also used it to weld the beadlock rings and they are holding air (well three of them are )
I use the stick for all serious stuff, not as clean but I can heat the hell outta the metal.
People are down on 110V welders, and sure a 220 would be better but you just gotta use your noggin' anything bigger than 3/16" and vitatl to saftey or getting off the trail, skip the 110V
