What axle in '09 wrangler?

My father in law just picked up a new wrangler. It isn't a rubi. It looks like a 44 in the rear, but what slpine etc.
Mainly I'm wondering if my old arb will work for him.

I really dont think they will. I belive the rubi 44's are different. But if it makes you'll feel better you can install that arb in my new yj project.

In a non-Rubicon, it'll be a D44, 30 spline. You can use your ARB provided it's a 3.73 and lower numerically carrier. (which I believe yours is!)

I doubt my dad is going to want to install it. I was interested in if it would work with the newer jeep axles.
