Some come with the spacers automatically, some don't. (Fox does, for example, SAW doesn't)

General rule of thumb is for a 14" shock, you use two 14" springs. A 12" shock gets two 12" springs, and so on.

Get them from whoever you get the shocks from. Sway-a-way just calls theirs a "dual rate coil kit" (or something like that) and it has the upper threaded adjuster, the center slider, and the bottom coil bucket.
