Actually, the 150RBs do like the AP O-Ring Mod. I would do it on any of the new carbs. All it does is give the squirt of fuel down the throat quicker.

I just got done with Harrison's tonight and I ended up with a 42 Pilot, raised the needle to 2nd from the bottom, left the main and 138 and left the leak jet stock as well. I have the screw turned out 2 1/4 and the O-Ring Mod to the Accelerator Pump. No more bog and the throttle response is snappy.

Saturday we got the compression set on the suspension for him and we still have to work a little on the rebound. He has a Scout overnighter Friday night in the rain anyway so we will head out the weekend after that to make sure everything is dialed in for him.

Thanks to Caleb, we got a whole bunch of parts coming for the 150RB and the WR250 Smoker. Thanks Caleb.

So I got beat up like crazy on the Rhino Rally and the guy I bought the bike from had said that Pro Circuit has set up the suspension for a 190-200lb rider.

Even with the clickers all the way soft, the suspension just beat me up.

Well I called Pro Circuit with the sticker.

and....

They told me it was sprung and valved for a significantly heavier rider than I had been told.

No wonder I got abused! I'm proud I even finished the race with what they told me.

Luckily, I found someone willing to swap my fancy pants suspension for his stock suspension.
My bike is a 10' and his an 11' so the swap went without a hitch.
He had just recently done the fork seals too.

Pro Circuit said the stock suspension on these bikes is sprung for a 150-160lb rider. Perfect.

So we did about an hour trail ride today to make sure it would work well for both of us: Me on his bike and he on mine.
He really enjoyed my suspension and I was very happy with his. So we did a quick swap this afternoon.

SO MUCH BETTER!

.52 on the springs..........holy hell. I am 190 and ride very aggressively and I am only running .49. A suspension that is working well for you is one that you are using around 75% of the stroke during your normal riding.

I think you both got a great deal. I kept my original springs, seat, triple clamp and stuff off my bike, cause when Im done with it, no one else is going to be able to ride my bike, Not lucky enough to sell my bike to another Giant.

I personally like the the NEW style WR headlights. You can find them on Ebay

How many watts is your stator putting out to run the EFI?

x2 I tried to find one when I was putting my old WR back together, but couldn't.

I really like the Trail Tech Torch, having a low & high beam is nice at night.

I've read it puts out 100+ Watts (peak) but the fuel injection takes 35w. And obviously with just a capacitor Baja designs recommends switching off the light before kicking it. they also said on the phone to try to keep it under 30-35w total system draw. I'll probably put my meter to it at idle and check when the harness comes in.
