What is this car?

My step dad is going through all of his old pictures and is uploading them on his computer. His dad had a muffler shop in Hawaii in the 60's and this is one of the cars they built Lets see if anyone can ID it:greg:

And according to the wiki page, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_J) the Henry J didn't come into existence til 1950... that is a 30's/40's grille/radiator for sure

This one has a custom frame and a engine from a 57 Tbird
