What do you guys think? Also I heard that a bored over 401 can have over heating issues. Any info would be great.

Any motor with a bore on it will heat up due to the loss of block cast needed to disperse the heat generated by the motor. not to worry there are products out there to alleviate this type of minor detail. I run a BeCool radiator and BeCool water pump on a three punched chev350 in my CJ!! four punches is a little thin though. three is usually the limit for any motor. Good Luck! maybe get the seller to lower the price to compensate for this cooling issue.
