What to use for paint on a battery box ?

I welded up a heavy duty battery tray for my Commando project and wanted some ideas as to what paint I should use. I want something that will help with corrosion yet will stick to new metal well.
Should I get it galvanized ? if so does anyone know who does that in town ?

Galvanized will conduct electricity. I'm not sure that is the best thing for a battery box. Metal Craft trailers will powdercoat for surprisingly cheap. They have extensive colors. I'm going to have them paint my trailer when I finish it.

The box is more of a tray and nothing should short out. I have used Metal Craft before and the first thing I had them do was very reasonable but the last small thing I had done was pricey.

if u are running dry cell batteries like an optima, u dont have to worry about corrosion. and zink plating is cheap and looks good too.
heres a pic of my parts plated
