I had no idea so many attachments were missing. I'm assuming probably from the great RME server crash of 2004(ish?) I remember it went down over UROC Supercrawl weekend in SLC, whatever year that was.

I'll see if I can find a way to rebuild the attachment db for older attachments and get them back!

I used imageshack for all my early attachments, so my earliest is from 2003. Originally posted in a "before and after" thread, my first attachment was my "before" pic.

I, of course, have to have the nerdiest so far. This is a picture of Frenchman Flats in the Nevada Test Site.

Posted in 2007. I know I had earlier ones, but this is the oldest showing.

Anyone remember wheeling with Scott and the boys in Price?

Nov 2004.

I miss those trails...

It seems like I took the line to the right and skipped dumping my rig on its side... :D

My oldest is my old SOA YJ crossing the Golden Crack from 2002.

I had big plans for that thing and a lot of the parts; TBI 350, SM465, Dana 300, front Dana 44 and rear Ford 9". Kinda makes me wish I would have built it, probably would have been great!

Probably would've sold it @ 95% done, or right after it was mobile after it's first trip finished. ;)

I actually got rid of it because I bought my first Toyota truck (the Red '85 that got painted with Zolatone), with dual cases, 5.29's and lockers. It cost less 'built' than the YJ did stock and was 10x more capable. Ever since then, I've been back and forth from Toyota's to Jeeps....

*edit*

My 2nd attachment and a progression of this truck-

The week I bought it... dinky tires, but locked & geared!-

Breakover Rock on Upper Helldorado with Chris Holley watching, 37" MTR's, locked F & R and stock birfs!! My spares were Longfields, but I didn't install them before the trip. I drove very carefully. Note the tool box with bike mounts... the bikes stayed at camp but we wheeled one day, biked the next, then wheeled again the 3rd day. One of the best Moab trips I've ever had.

It was downhill from there... :( . Engine swap, turned into Truggy build + 4 link + plans for a 1 Ton swap ++++ . Eventually a fiance and a move to California helped me decide the Toyota's fate and it was parted out.
