wheelin in april?

I have been gone for 3 months and I get home this weekend, I have been itching to get on my wheeler. I was thinking of going sat the 17th. I don't know where possibly bountiful or farmington canyon depending on snow levels. Just for a morning/afternoon ride, any ideas or desire to ride post it. It's gotta be northern(I live by Hill AFB) and i am not looking for sand or speed, just good wheelin.

The gate at the top of farmington canyon doesn't open till June.
