I might meet Meat at noon or go look around a bit by myself till then - I'd like to get some wheeling done a bit earlier than that. I Can probably catch up with you guys when you make it out there.

Ask for a map at the entrance booth, if the rain lets up I'll be on my Polaris if not I guess I'll drag the Blazer up there... either way I'll be in a '98 silver Dodge dually.

I take it The Tibble Fork Lot is north of Alpine and Highland? It's going to be 92 east to - what? Alpine Hwy? If you could give me the street name of the last named paved road before you get to the trail I would appreciate it. Like I said I moved out here a couple months ago and it seems like any time I try to go somewhere I drive twice the actuall distance trying to find it. I'd like to be able to spot this from Google Earth =) That every road has three names and there's no telling which one the sign is going to say frustrates me to no end. (11000N - Highland Hwy - Highway 92 for example)

Take SR-92 East from I-15, make no turns, it will take you striaght into AF Canyon. After you are in the canyon drive 5ish miles (sorry never measured it) until you see a sign saying Tibble Fork, it's the only actual road that turns left after you are in the canyon.

The map at the entrance shack is free and will help a lot.

Edit: the road that goes left from SR92 is SR144

hey PSD, if you're going to be hanging around for us, we'll probably be at tibble fork between 6:15 and 6:30, that's my estimate, and then at the forrest lake trailhead at 7:00, but those are just aproximates. I doubt you'll want to be there all day, but if you do, you're welcome to join us. We'll have about 5 zuks and about 5 other rigs it looks like.
