beer cozy?

No, but that reminds me of something...

On the wall of my garage.
In the lower left is the temperature inside the garage. In the lower right is the temperature inside the fridge. I can always tell at a glance how cozy the beer (and water, and soda) is. :greg: I figured that was way more important than knowing what the temperature is outside.

 The only problem is the correct temp for beer to be stored is at least 25*. 40* is even too hot for soda ;)

I am aware that 40 degrees is too warm and I am monitoring the situation. ;)
I turned the temp up because it is supposed to get cold tonight, and frozen soda makes a mess of a fridge. :ugh: That was actually the reason I put the sensor in there in the first place. I kept freezing cans of soda and having to empty the whole fridge to clean all the ick out.

Garage fridge is for beer and welding supplies only -_- Silly mormons ;)

I moved to Seattle in '00 and put my nice new fridge out in the garage to hold soda's, etc (beer was kept in the house). I kinda forgot about the sodas and went out to grab one/them and when I opened the door a bunch of topless cans rolled on the ground! The fridge was completely covered in Pepsi and Dr Pepper! I dollied the fridge out to the driveway and proceeded to douche it with the garden hose. Worked like a charm and I got to drink my beer while doing it ;) Afterwards, I sat and had another beer while the doors were open and the thing dried out.
