Well, you will pay a one-time "setup" or programming charge. Then, you will be charged based on the distance of all of the cuts to be made. They may even tack on some extra due to the many starts and stops the laser has to make to cut all of those bolt holes. Anyway, you woudn't be able to justify the cost for a first-run, single set of rings.
