The one on the left is from a new 1:6 Nylint I got from EBAY, the other is the one he sold me "new in box" The remote looked like it fell out of his jeep...

He probably got it brand new from wally world and they took it back from some kid that use the snot out of it and then got bored and took it back... wallies took it and reboxed it and put it back on the shelf....

So both could be right here....

no they don't... they resell everything unless the vendor will take it back... I use to work for them....

Almost all returns go to the claims center in Las Vegas where they are refurbished, or repackaged and resold.
