Who has 1.25" taps to buy/borrow?

But stuck more often.
I'm about to start welding bungs to tubes and know I'll need to clean them up once done. Anyone have a set of left and right hand taps to borrow? Or where can I get them locally?

I have the taps. :greg:

This is one reason I'm generally against weld-in bungs. Directly-threaded tube for the win!
 
Nice Carl! I'll hit you up in a bit. Do you have time this week or weekend for that gear install we talked about way back when?

I should. Depending on when I get them...might be able to pick away at them this week after work, but plan on the weekend for completion if I'm slow like I expect to be. :)
 
That's fine. It's just the front 60 now. The 14 bolt is done. I'll weld up the links and bring them at the same time to run the tap through. Let me know when you want the axle. I need to pull it out and finish welding it up then tare it down for you.

You can bring it over any afternoon this week--I may or may not do anything with it until Saturday-ish though. ;)
