What year? There's a big difference in ride quality compared to my '98 & our new-to-us '03. But perhaps that's just due to the fact that this one doesn't wander all over the road. :rolleyes:

it's the last year of the old body style like 2004-5, it's a solid front axle dana 60 kingpin with a V-10, good power, the tranny sucked, but it did okay.

That'd be an '02 or older. No kingpins in a Dodge since '93.


The '03-current is a SWEET truck. (I'm not big on the Uber-huge headlights, but I don't own one so they don't bother me)

Dodge hasn't used Dana axles after '02, either. AAM is the new thing, so far from what I've seen of our '03, it's a different vehicle. The wife commented that it drives much more like her '00 4Runner did vs. my '98 Dodge.
