Who has an axle jig?

I am looking into welding my 14BFF stubs onto a 9" housing. Who around here has axle jigs to do that sort of thing? And how much does such an operation run?

The politically correct term would be fixture. I worked for a shop in Colorado Springs that had one, I’ll be interested to see where this is available here.
