who to have drill/tap my d44 flat top knuckle

where should I go to have my d44 flat top knuckle drilled tapped? or if someone has one already done kicking around........

I-lean of course. Supposedly with his awesome beard all he has to do is look at them and they will be done. No other equipement is needed.
