Who To Have Fully Rebuild a Carburetor?

I have an old two barrel carb I need to at least have it put in a dunk tank to clean it out. I believe the choke is sticking as well. So really I would like the whole thing gone through and rebuilt. It had been sitting for about 5 years and had some nasty fuel in it.

If you can do this, great! If not, who do you recommend for the job. I'd like it done asap.

when I had an old carburated 4.2 YJ, I always took it to carbmaster. It was worth the $100? to have it rebuilt right. It always ran like a top after their work.
