Who's rolled rig at the "B"?

I went up to test my new locker,, Dewall's was dragging a white or light tan Sami (or maybe old Yota) down the hill!!

Looked like the rig was pretty trashed,, rolled off of the road over the side of the hill kinda by S.O.B.

Anyone know who's it was?
