Thanks, it now belongs to Casey. Do the XJ, I'm getting ready to do another. It's all about the disposable rig.

That's the other attractive thing about th XJ, I can always tube it out later or build a seperate chassis while I am wheeling the unichassis. The Hero is WAY light too.

Honestly, I am just gonna keep looking till I find a rolled one, maybe through my insurance company. The cheaper I can get one for, the more I will have to spend on tires and a front locker.

what are the plans for drivetrain? axles? suspension?
and as for body are you going to chop the hell out of it and tube it (like me) or just take off doors and hatch and cage it(like andy)?
both have their ups and downs

there is a guy on naxja that has a mj with a 8" rear and 44 with leafs up front. toy rear in a jeep is a way cool idea, then when yota homos give you antijeep crap, tell em to look under the rear. instead of telling them to shut the hell up like i have to

if you are going to spend that much money on tube and linking the rear why bother keeping any of the body. looks like crap to me.

It was an evolutionary process. It was a crew cab pickup for a while then he got rid of the doors .........etc.
