Wild horse management is a mess. Too much emotion to allow proper management as would be done with other species (not they I am advocating to horse hunting.)

I agree. I maintain some helicopters that do the round ups. The whole thing is a joke. So much money involved and the decisions are being made somewhere in New York by someone who has never seen a farm animal. I mean birth control!!!??? for horses??? hahahah
