i made my square tube front driveline and i have taken it up to 45mph and it only had a slight vibration at 25mph but it turned out smooth other than that. That said your front drive shaft is not spinning unless your in 4wheel drive so you shouldnt have to worry about it

No i use it for DD i think if you build it right you would be fine, but a trailgear one is cheap from tomwoodsdriveshafts pm me what you want exactly and i can see what kinda price i can get you.
