Since I'm not really up on the 0-10 trail rating scale I am having a hard time deciding if the 7 and 7+ trails would be a good choice.

I am driving a stock 4 door Rubi so I think it would be fine. My driving skills tell me from what I am reading that I should be fine. If there is anyone who would strongly recommend against certain trails for my rig it would be appreciated.

I am not looking for body damage but if it happens it happens.

sometime its good to start small and work ur way up to what u would like to run if i was u id run a 4 first

Well I have done 4+ trails in my old TJ on the 1-5 rating system. So I know just running a 4 on the 1-10 probably won't quite do it for me.

I am mostly worried if some of the 7+ trails they will be running will just be too much for a stock Rubi.

I would recomend the faultline to west Rim Trail All the really hard parts are optional so you can really test your rig as much as you want or take it as easy as you want.

This is usually one of the top trials down here. We are splitting this trail into two groups, (West Rim) and (Fault Line West Rim).
The diffrence is the Fault line is a few blocks of boulders and rocks you climb up and then down to get up to the west rim.
The West Rim trail will lead you up a sand area before getting to the beginning of West Rim.
Either route is a blast!
