Those Helper photos remind of something... Back in like 1998 or around that time a truck tipped over in the canyon and sent a whole bunch of watermelons or some kind of fruit floating down the river. People were gathering in Helper to get free fruit as it floated down the canyon.
It was something like that, memory is kind of fuzzy about that event.
