WTF? What's with people shooting up schools and kids for attention?

I'm amazed at this trend. Tragedy for any involved (saying that sounds incredibly cheap in relationship to the loss). What causes a person to think that's a good way to take themself out?

Having recently become a father anytime I hear of anything bad happening to kids makes me tear up. Yes being a dad has brought out the sissy in me I think that people that do anything to harm a child need to spend an eternity having pinapple shoved up there asses!

This. I hate hearing about this stuff, seems to happen all too often.
