In all seriousness, now that you are almost finished with the new house, would you tackle the project again? I have several friends who have done the same and they are split as to whether they would do it again now that they know what all is involved.

That is a tuff call. Yes, I would do it again just to save the money. And the fact that this house is buit the way I wanted it to be, including the shop
Dealing with all the BS Sub-contractors and the City of Holladay was the biggest chore. It took use 1 1/2 years just to subdevide the land.

We will be spending the fist night in our new house tonight
