YJ bumperette mounting holes

Can someone tell me how wide the mounting holes are on the rear of a YJ where the bumperettes mount? I am drilling a new rear bumper plate, but with my current bumper on I can't get an exact measurement. It appears that they are ~8" apart in width, but I am looking for a better measurement before I drill anything.

I have a pair of the YJ bumperettes at home that I could measure tonight. In fact you can have them for a pattern if you want.
