A little misting fan mounted on the middle of my dash so when its 100+ degrees outside and I am driving around topless and doorless with the sun beating down on me I can just maybe push a button and this little misting fan sprays me at least in the face. :D

How about just running some misters around the roll cage and windshield frame with a reservoir under the hood kind of like your windshield washer fluid setup, well except not spraying that much, just enough mist to cool you and your passengers off. :D

Why not just get an intercooler mister and just mount that in your cab?
Would that work?

why not just hook up a hose to your windshield mister with just a tube with very fine holes in it... so you have everything already in place just need some tubing... you can run it along your roll bar or dash or whatever... maybe even come up thru your passenger seat so that it give your passenger a wet spot in the crotch area... lol

Why not just quit crying and drive the Jeep around town with it on the trailer and the AC in the tow rig cranked?
