Just got a new "Bumper" in from Barnes4WD because I figure having real recovery points are important before I get pressured into something sketchy around @Hickey birthday.

Let me say, Comparing the welds I saw on the Motobilt stuff vs the welds on this Barnes stuff I'm quite impressed with Barnes.

Yeah those are way nicer welds than Motobilt. I think Barnes employs a robot for some of their stuff.

Hit those tow points with a big step drill to chamfer the edge of the holes so they don’t cut a soft shackle. Hit the holes with a grinder first, so it doesn’t wreck the step drill.
