Trail lunch from the Thursday before Labor Day 2022. 17319876416505412489688469489676.jpg

Last time the trail Jeep was on an actual trail. I drove my Gladiator on Friday before Labor Day. Bought it the next Friday as it was kind of already "built". Jerky expired in March 2024. Who wants it?

Thought I would share this with the Willy’s guys on here. A good friend of mine acquired this 1947 Willys that was his grandpas. It was parked in 1967 then he and his dad got it running in 1983. It then was taken by his uncle when his dad died in 1985. Not what his dad intended but that’s what happened. It has sat for the last 40 years and he got the opportunity to get it back after his uncle died.

He has a guy getting it back into running order for him. It has a hard top also.

That's awesome, love the frame-off approach! Having a old Flatty with that kind of family history is well worth preservation.

My middle child Carlos had his 9th bday party today. He’s obsessed with building so for his party the kids built these little tents… 9 of them. Judging by the fact they’re all eating pizza in them I’d say it was a success lolIMG_6856.jpeg
They ended up being like $20-something bucks each but a birthday party at your typical party place costs that much or more anyways. At least this way they’re being constructive and imaginative.
