Other Region Yuba City, Ca area... Not much time to spend...Anyone know the area?

I need to go over to Yuba City in a week or 2 for work. Anyone from the area or know of anywhere I should explore with a few spare hours? If I had a day or two to spare, I'd hit the "Rubicon". But I will probably only have a few hours to goof off before I head home. I'll be taking the Jeep. Even a nice scenic dirt road would be cool. Somewhere to take a few nice pics and eat a sandwich?

If you have a short amount of time I would look at running out to the Buttes. The smallest mountain range in the world. The other option would be to look at the Browns valley area. I grew up about 30 min. north of Yuba city. These are dirt trail types, and provide some scenery, the Buttes let you look across the valley on a clear day, the Browns valley will be a scenic forest roads area.
