    I have looked into the Trail Gear stuff. I lke that their kit comes with SOme axle rebuild parts. Where as Marlin Crawler and Allpro do not. Marlin Crawler are nice just not worth the extra money over Allpro. Thanks for the comments. Keep them coming.

    Rental rates Square footage would depend on what you want to do, but a typical 2 bay auto shop with a small office is around 1,800 sf to 2,200sf. Right now rental rates for such space are anywhere from $9.00 psf to $16.00 psf.
