why not just drop the drivetrain into the truck versus messing with swapping all the body and bed over. That would be easier and less complicated. The frames while the wheelbase measures the same are of completely different design. I think it would be easier to swap the drivetrain into your frame.

I used to beat the piss out of my 87 fullsize bronco, and never busted anything in the sterling I swapped out in it. Went through the dana 50 ttb upfront all the time, but sterling held up nicely. People are sheep......if it doesn't say corporate or dana something must be wrong with it.

I think you should be fine. I have pulled alot more weight with a bobcat and tandam trailer behind a bronco, so you should be just fine.

No one has talked pricing yet so I will jump in. I was quoted $106 for 21' sections of schedule 40 2" internal diameter. So about 5$ a foot. How is the pricing on DOM. I was planning on making some bumpers and sliders but this seems high to me. Any comments?
