    Any Mtn Bikers on RME?

While moto guys throw dumb dollars at every bling part to add speed, no other hobby I have had takes non standardization and rebadging old ideas as far as the MTB community. It's made me totally check out of MTB youtubers and online groups. I can't stand to hear about another innovation or...

    Any Mtn Bikers on RME?

For a guy who rides, runs, rides and lifts as much as I do is 215 heavy. I just eat garbage all day and apparently that isn't changing. Most of my MTB riding buddies are 180 or lighter. I guess it's all relative. I like that bike but it is too big. My RM is 150/140mm travel. I'm looking to...

    Any Mtn Bikers on RME?

I grew up on Giants and think it's hard to beat them for value. I have found that I don't like the flex in their frames. The 2 Yeti's I've ridden are the stiffest framed bikes I've ever ridden. My RM is a good compromise and I think the Pivot would be similar but lighter and with better pedal...

    Any Mtn Bikers on RME?

I have been riding a 2018 Rocky Mountain Instinct since 2018. I am heavy (215lbs) and I ride the thing 300-500 miles a year. I am thinking it's time for a new bike because this one could use some money put into it and new bikes are fun. My two current top picks are a Yeti SB140 and a Pivot...

    The Rubi Q Build

How many PSI are you running your O2's at  . I have some ceramic coated headers from some cool guy. Those headers and the JCR High line fender vents keep my under hood temps down. When the doors are off and the radiator fan comes on, you can feel the hot air exiting the fender vents...

    Your Pic of The Day

Testing some new adv luggage. About half home made, half store bought and all cobbled together. Everything stayed put and the weight was barely noticable. Hopefully this works for 8 days of WABDR.

    The wife's new race bike.

I ran a talon and really liked it other than it wore quickly which is to be expected from a gummy. Price is right.

LS Swap 5.3 4I60e in 04 Jeep LJ.

I think that would be D6 on the C107 connector.

LS Swap 5.3 4I60e in 04 Jeep LJ.

I would guess you are tying the battery voltage and the ignition on signal to the same pin. Make sure you are connecting to opposite sides of the relay. It doesn't matter what relay you use, they should both be rated for the same current. If you use a two speed fan you will need two relays...

    6.0 powerstroke rebuild.

Just got back from my annual "hard tow" trip. Trailer weighed approx. 8Klbs and I had 1K lbs in the bed. Truck pulled Scipio hill at 65 mph at the top. Coolant temp never passed 220 and oil never exceeded 230. That is the best this truck has ever pulled. I was only limited by EGT on every...

"NEW"- 99 7.3L long bed crew cab manual - mbryson support vehicle

I have the same 2010 mirrors from 1AAUTO that Mouse linked. I also like them and would buy them again. Much better convex mirror than the tiny one on the early SD's.

    Lighten the mood

I'm over here telling my son that no Olympic athlete is born with the ability they possess. It takes years of grinding and grit on top of talent to get to this level. Then here comes this lady.

Mental health: it’s ok to talk.

To be clear, I'm only speaking for me personally. That's why I used first person language. It's ok to show weakness, it's not ok to give up. That is also the point of this thread. You have to fight YOUR battles. Mine are different than yours but claiming that they are too big to overcome is...

Week spent with my clan is hard to beat. The views are ok too. I've been to this place 43 of my 45 trips around the sun. I hope I get another 30 trips here.

Mental health: it’s ok to talk.

Good stuff Stratton. I don't have time for people with "trauma". The people I admire the most have faced truly hard things both by choice and by necessity and I never hear the word trauma cross their lips. We are the softest humans to ever walk the earth and we constantly hear complaints. One...
