I used the fan relay in the Jeep under hood fuse panel but you could use this. I don't think you need both pin 7 and 8, just pin 8.

This is how you wire the TCC. The GM PCM wants 12v constant when the brake is not pressed. When you press the brake it wants that interrupted. Use a relay tapped off your Jeep brake light switch in the orientation below.
