The heart of the old girl, one of the first mods I made to this truck was to yank the old 360 out and I found a fresh 390 to put in it. Yea I hate the chrome valve cover now also, but as a young guy I didn’t know any better 😬

I forgot to post when I finished the steering arms, had to adapt some Chevy parts because no one makes the push pull arm anymore, and the new axle needed a 90 degree turn anyways. Reamed out the joint to accept the 1 ton ball joints. Good to go.

I’m new to body work, I worked on this for the past two days, I thinks it’s coming along really nice. I’m taking my time building it up one small layer at a time. I still have about 1/2 inch to go to get everything flush. What do you all think?
