Week three is kicking my trash, haven't been completing the final sets, instead adding a 6th set.
I'm going to continue and struggle day 3 then rinse and repeat week 3.
Over this weekend I decided to just go for it and start the 100 challenge per the link in the o/p.
Day 1 column 2;
