I really like IFA's four step fertilizer system. As far as weeds and dandelions, you need to cut them out, not jut pull. You have to get the root of the dandelion and pulling will only break it off. Aerating is a very good thing to do. Mulching is easier, but bagging will get you a softer lawn...

HTT is not labeled on that map. While the county is well aware of HTT, it is probably wise to put it in your comments. In my letter I made specific mention of all the roads in that area as that overall area has been sort of the tipping point for all this to come to a head in recent years...
