AN fittings are just JIC (37° flare). AN are said to be produced with tighter tolerances but JIC will work just fine. We sell them at my work but the completion (Eric's/Evco) is probably closer to you since we only have a store in Salt Lake.

I'm not a concrete guy but you might need to be a bit more specific. Are you looking at footings/foundation, monolithic pour, just a slab?
