    Jeep won't idle when cold

Well I swapped out the TPS, IAC and it helped a bit. But the real problem was a bit more involved. The motor is a 4.6 stroker and it was pinging so I added an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and a MAP voltage adjuster. Once I got the thing to where it wouldn't ping it worked great when it...

    For Sale DOM tubing

Since we are wrapping up all of our long arm projects I looked in the garage and realize we have lots of spare DOM tubing. I need to go do an inventory of everything that is not scheduled for a project but here is a start of what I know. Some of it belongs to my kids and I will have to ask how...

    Jeep won't idle when cold

Well I did some more checking and found that some of the lower manifold bolts were a bit loose (they are a pain to get to with the header) so I tightened them up. It may have helped a bit but it still has issues idling when cold. Another thing it is not doing is the higher idle speed that drops...

    Camping tips:The Sleeping bag

I have had good luck staying warm in the winter when I have slept out on the ice ice fishing at -20 to -30. My way of staying warm was a nice cot, 4 inch foam pad, my warmest bag stuffed inside of my next warmest bag. Sleeping was fine but getting up and getting dressed ... not so fun.

My old K30 chevy had an issue with the hydroboost pulsating at times with cavitation and we found that using synthetic steering fluid helped solve it.

    2017 NPLD - RME @ The Snakes

I will try to make it but I have two dead Jeeps at my place. One is an easy fix but the main project is swapping a motor for my nephew. He wrecked one of their two cars and needs to get his Jeep back on the road ASAP.
