My list of things to finish. I am going to work on atleast 3 per day until it's done.
I also got the back half of the exhaust finished up today.
Sounds really nice. Sounds like a healthy v8 should.

My truck can go way faster then it should with a trailer. I was doing 85 and freaked out, couldn't really tell I was going that fast until I looked down. I set the cruise to 75 and it was very comfortable.
I've been really thinking about the same thing. but man, I have a 38 foot long 5th wheel. And I want to put my Range Rover behind it on a trailer. My RRC weighs close to 6000 lbs wet. And add a trailer into the mix I'm close to 9K pounds extra. So I'd be around 21K total pulling. Which is...
Doesn't you ladder have adjustment for different heights.
When I built my trailer using an M101 trailer. I made the floor height around 6' even. It was pretty stable.

Cool glad you are enjoying it. I can't imagine trying to work on that thing. I've seen the the utter lack of room under the hood of one of those.
All I know, is I will never own a V8 diesel again. There is so much room in my engine bay on my Ram 2500 cummins. Its amazing. Plus it doesn't...
Man your electrical issues sound like an Italian was working on that van.
My Range Rover was having similar issues. I finally found a loose ground connection when I started my engine swap project.
I would start tracing all the grounds in the engine bay and one the engine.

I got the old girl all back together last night. It took a little work to get the air out of the system. But once it finally fired it ran much quieter than last time.
It was about 30 degrees last night when I tried. So it didn't want to run too bad.
Also ordered a lift kit. So I should be...
I run windows 7 bootcamped on my Mac. I use it for autocad. Windows 7 is stable I hardly ever fails. And autocad on a Mac sucks unfortunately. And the piping design programs I use don't work on OS unfortunately

I got the "new" injector pump. It out of 3/4 ton GMC military CUCV truck. I pulled the old one out already. Picked up some new intake gaskets and started putting it back together. I may advance the pump a little touch.

I guess not. But I bought a used one off ebay for $200. Its off a CUCV truck. So those give you a bit more power. I'll clean it up and slap it in. I need to order some front springs. My front is about an 1.5" shorter than the back. Then my driveshaft won't be so close to my starter. It...
I sprayed some MAF cleaner in it today and it fired right up. So I dropped it off the casters and drove it around the block. It's outside for the first time in over a year.

Injector pump is dead. It won't start or run anymore. LOL. Well I'll be pulling the pump and getting it rebuilt next week. No wonder it was always so hard to start and running so smokey. Any Baker's diesel injection in Ogden can rebuild it. They give me a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty...
I threw a belt on the engine so i could run the water pump and alternator. Its running pretty good. Although its pretty smokey. Im not sure if that's because it sat for about 10 years before I bought it. But it seems to idle and rev pretty good. I got it up to temperature. The electric fan...
