I have no experience with air arc. My buddy leroy had his air arced off his axletechs and there was hardly any left for him to grind. No penetration into the housing at all. Thats why i figured it would be the best option. Could you PM me a rough guess on price?

Does anyone know of a shop or person who can air arc off some spring perches from my new axles? Its way to big of a job for a plas or a grinder. Torch would not be ideal either. Anyone?

It depends on gvw. Inspection stations have to get certified to go higher than 26k. Got mine done at Walts in Clearfield and was very happy Jiffy Lube should be able to do it as well Im no help for Utah county

Myself i would do joints on both ends. Lift companies will do a bushing to help with ride and noise control. Thats one of the best thing about the evo heim. They do not squeek when they get dirty. Silent in fact.
