My understanding is, that SITLA's position is that if it isn't claimed in the alloted 90 days than it is gone, at that point only a lawsuit could change things. Take advantage of the 90 days!!!!

Make sure there are no trails across these lands. The public has 90 days to assert any right of way claims, after that they are gone forever.

This is your best bet to get someone who knows what you are talking about AND actually has a say in the process.
