Motorcycles The little BSA is about a 1972 250cc. He was hoping to hit 100 MPH.

View from the spectator area. We were at about mile marker 2 and the cars are 1/4 mile away at their closest point. Diesel Powered. Cummins in the orange streamliner. The red one has in engine from a quarry truck. It holds the record since 2006 at 228 mph. Not sure of HP but torque is at 7000.

Took quite a few when we went through the pits. Some of different speed week cars and some not. I'll post up the pictures later.

Just got back. First time out. Got there around 9:30-10:00. Ended up about the 2 mile marker. Take binoculars, shade, water, sunscreen, sunglasses and a bicycle to cruise the pits.

Should be '55-'75 with the under passenger seat "toolbox". My old '73 had one and you are correct, changed with the "re-designed" '76.

Need specifics of the J truck (year, transmission). Pre 80's will have the front diff on the passenger side, which is what you want. Same as Waggy axles, but that's a general term. Axles came in two versions, wagoneers and Cherokee chief. Wagoneers were 60" ish wms to wms and Cherokee chief were...
