If you open your photo and right click on it, and click on properties. It will show you all about the settings on your photo, focal length, ISO, exposure time, camera. Just from your photo I can see that you shoot with a Canon Rebel T1i, your aperture was at f6.3, ISO 400, your exposure time...

From the EXIF data it is ISO 400

Don't know how I missed these Brett, but the lightning photo is awesome. I was out in a lightning storm a few weeks back and tried and tried, but came up empty.
